John 8:32
“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
Jesus doesn't promise freedom through knowing scattered facts, but through knowing the truth — Himself, the one who calls Himself the truth. Freedom is born from a relationship, not just information.
Let's not overcomplicate this: the hardest chains to break are almost always made of lies we believed for a long time without ever questioning them.
What lie about myself, about God, or about my situation am I believing as if it were true?
Identify a lie you keep repeating about yourself and look up what Scripture says instead.
Lord, show me where I'm believing lies. Let Your truth make me free, even if it costs me letting go of what I believed before.
